I love cooking and baking (poorly). I go in and out of having time to get deep into it and have had periods where I was basically only cooking for years. I almost became a chef but I have too many chef friends (now) that told me it’s not worth it. I guess I’ve never talked to a chef that’s said it’s worth it. On the other hand, they’d probably have it no other way.
